  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order has been placed. If a product's price was listed incorrectly, we'll contact you to confirm before shipping or cancel and fully refund the order.
  • Payment is processed securely through our payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.
  • We currently ship to the United States and Canada only. You are responsible for any applicable sales tax, and for any customs duties or import fees on orders shipped to Canada.

4. Orders and Cancellations

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. If we cancel an order, we'll refund you in full.

To cancel or change an order, contact us at support@charmtheglobe.com as soon as possible. We can only make changes before the order ships.
